Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free)
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Blend the strawberries, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
3. In a small saucepan, gently melt the dark chocolate chips over low heat.
4. Dip the frozen popsicles into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with shredded coconut if desired.
5. Return the dipped popsicles to the freezer for 5–10 minutes to set the chocolate.

- For a nut-free option, ensure all ingredients are certified nut-free.
- Use silicone popsicle molds for easy removal.
